Commercial heating and cooling are available with use of zoned blown air cooling and under-floor heating in factories, offices and public places. Thormec Uk size each individual project on its own merits, and can work with companies to produce a comprehensive, bespoke design on any level, using either a multiple bank of our standard singular units, ranging from 10kw to 50kw, or by designing and manufacturing individual units of any size. We are currently involved in projects from 3kw for 1 unit to 35kw for multiple units.

By combining both heat and cooling systems, these can all work together in unison. By using thormec uk thermal-earth heat pump systems, we can catch heat being lost through ventilation systems or other air conditioning processors that require heat input and return the lost heat in a reusable form. We can also pull the heat out of one room through the cooling system, take that heat and deliver that very same heat into another room. 

The beauty of using the thormec system is two fold, as we can use an untreated water supply in large volumes from any source, rivers and inland waterways and lakes to the sea and waste water from places like mineshafts and even use waste heat that can be lost in drains or in other manufacturing processes. Because nothing is added to the water, it can be returned and reused without contamination.

We can offer bespoke designs that could cool water or any other liquid, and we can return that water/liquid at an appropriate temperature and be able to offer the heat taken out in a reusable form. 

This gives much flexibility and enables us to design heating and cooling systems for any size commercial property that will drastically reduce running costs, as well as dealing with environmental issues.
